Slot missions are an excellent opportunity to earn equipment weapons, equipment and other items. They're hard to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

Mission planning is a feature available in short-term missions that allow players to discover different starting locations as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to their entry into the map. These options for planning expand as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players to prepare the ideal task for every challenge.
Gear Slot
Early on in the game players will find their gear slots get full, resulting in the common "Your Gear Slots are full" message, which blocks Max from selecting new equipment until old items are cleared or a larger space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They provide an increase in inventory space to complete challenges. However, since the majority of these challenges are scattered across the world and could be overlooked, it may take an extended time to obtain the largest amount of inventory slots available in-game.
Each player can have up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to a Break-In. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same kind) only has one Gear Slot.
Pickups by agencies
As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups across the map. These locations allow you to keep items that aren't suitable in your concealed weapon or gear slot and take them out later.
These pickups can be very useful if your mission requires you to pass through a frisk or you have a weapon on you that could cause suspicion. You are only able to hide only one item at a pick-up location.
This DLC adds new contracts to security and asset protection to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and other items. Then, head to the designated marker and identify a mob when you arrive.
